Phase 02. — Deconstruction

We Don't Demolish.
We Recover.

ML Systems' deconstruction process recovers up to 90% of your structure's materials in 2 days — sustainably, systematically, and with every item catalogued.

The Process, Step by Step

From assessment to clean lot — in four structured steps.

01

Site Assessment

We evaluate the structure, material value, crane access points, and recovery potential before a single piece moves. You get a full recovery estimate upfront.

02

Day 1 — Crane Sequence

Systematic disassembly from the top down. The crane removes sections in sequence, and crew members sort materials on-site by type as they land.

03

Day 2 — Recovery & Sort

Materials are catalogued, graded, and staged for resale, reuse, or recycling. Every item gets a disposition: resale, reuse, recycle, or (rarely) landfill. Steel and concrete components are catalogued and graded for recovery. Structural elements are separated for ML Hybrid reprocessing.

04

Site Ready

Clean lot handed off to the construction phase. Material manifest is finalized and uploaded to your client portal. Recovery value feeds directly into your equity calculation.

Sustainability Impact

51% Never Hits a Landfill

Traditional demolition sends 90% of a structure's material to the landfill. ML Systems targets the opposite — 80–90% recovery, with at least 51% of recovered materials resold, reused, or recycled.

Recovered materials don't just reduce waste — they flow directly into the construction phase, cutting new material costs and boosting the AI efficiency score. Sustainability and profitability are the same mechanic here.
